Broadlands Golf Course, Arvada Fire Protection District or Local 4056 assumes no responsibility for loss of or damage to any material, personal property, or equipment brought onto the golf course by the tournament's participants.

Tournament participant’s use of the golf course for tournament use shall be only for the date(s) and times specified herein. Tournament participants shall vacate the premises at the end of the tournament and shall remove all property, goods and effects belonging to tournament participants. Tournament participants shall pay for any and all damages, excluding normal wear and tear, to the golf course, golf carts, or any other property owned by Broadlands Golf Course, Arvada Fire Protection District or Local 4056, caused or caused by tournament participants.
